Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Every order includes a tracking number. We ship to all 50 US states. Free shipping on orders $150+.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. The carrier is selected automatically to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for your location.
Delivery Times: Standard items: 3–7 business days after shipment. Large furniture items ($500+): 7–14 business days via freight carrier. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Shipping Costs: Orders $150+: Free standard shipping. Orders under $150: Flat rate $8.99. Large furniture items (freight): $79–$99 depending on item size and your location.
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. APO/FPO addresses are accepted for standard-sized items.
Every order includes a tracking number sent to the email address you provide at checkout. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. If your tracking number is not updating, please allow 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for the carrier to scan your package.
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at edwards@brevagoods.com or call 970-345-3750. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if necessary, ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
