Refund policy

REFUND POLICY:

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items in original condition.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at edwards@brevagoods.com or call 970-345-3750 with your order number.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. For defective items or items damaged during shipping, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will either ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. For orders under $50, we may offer a full refund without requiring a return.

Items that have been used, modified, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned for a refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
